The 12 Cabins provide a luxury camping experience, ensuring that all guests can visit this mesmerizing desert jewel of Namibia.

These cabins offer the spirit of camping with the added comfort of real beds, private fire pits, and shared hot showers. Each cabin has 2 single beds with bedding, a small patio with chairs and table, and a private fire pit. Ablution blocks with hot showers and toilets are shared between guests.

For groups, the Maerua Tree area offers a large braai and dining space.
Spitzkoppe Cabin Camp was designed to make your visit a unique, comfortable and fun experience and being spread out, the cabins have breathtaking views of the Matterhorn of Namibia. Please note: There is no fully equipped kitchen. Guests bring their own food and cooking gear. Basic cutlery can be hired at reception if needed. View our comprehensive cutlery list below and all services offered.

Spitzkoppe is a fragile desert environment; to ensure sustainability, ablution facilities are shared between every six units

Each shared ablution includes :
2 x Flush Toilets
2 x Hot showers with a bench for clothes
2 x Washbasins with Mirrors
4 x Sinks for Cutlery & Crockery washing

BIGGER GROUPS
Built around Namibia’s famous Maerua tree, the main area offers plenty of space for groups to gather

CUTLERY
A non-refundable usage fee of N$50.00 applies. Each set includes:
2 cups, 2 stainless steel glasses
2 large stainless steel plates
2 small bowls, 2 knives, 2 forks
2 salad bowls, 2 salad spoons, bread knife,
1 cutting board, 2 large spoons, 2 small spoons,
1 braai tong, 1 pot, 1 kettle
For stays of two nights or more, we also provide:
1 dish soap, 1 scouring pad, 1 dish cloth
Guests are welcome to wash their own dishes, or alternatively, our staff can assist on request.

Bed linen is provided | All cabins have a braai area. Guests will have to bring their own towels, scullery and cutlery. Communal bathrooms | Note: No fully equipped kitchen.
